Terms of Service
General Information
- An email will be necessary in order for me to contact you. I will also need a detailed description of your request and any reference images that you can provide.
- I have the right to decline a request for any reason.
- You may use artwork created be me for personal use only and you cannot use my artwork for monetary gain.
- Unless requested not to, I may post commission work on social media and portfolio websites.
Payment and Refunds
- Payment will be through a paypal invoice after I have accepted your request.
- The full amount must be paid with in 1 week after the invoice is sent or the commission will be canceled.
- After the payment is received, the commission will officially begin.
- I have the right to cancel and/or refund a commission for any reason.
- You may cancel a commission and request a full refund after the first work in progress sketch is submitted. No refunds will be accepted after the first work in progress sketch is approved by you for me to continue.
Process and Completion
- Two work in progress sketches will be submitted for feedback over the course of the commission. I will wait for your feedback after any work in progress is submitted before I move to the next stage.
- You may request major changes (ie. design, posing, ect.) after the first work in progress is submitted.
- You may request minor changes (ie. color adjustments and small additions) after the first and second work in progress is submitted.
- Completion time will vary based on how soon I receive feedback from work in progress sketches. Expected completion is about 30 days after starting and final full resolution files will be sent to your email.
